The RGI Mini MBA is a cohort-based executive development program built on three durable leadership capabilities: Strategic Foresight, Operational Vitality, and Stewardship Mindset. Unlike conventional executive education that organizes learning around course catalogs and faculty availability, this program organizes learning around the capabilities leaders must actually develop.
Across 14 modules delivered over 6 weeks, participants move through a deliberate learning architecture that begins with self-diagnosis, proceeds through faculty-orchestrated inquiry and peer-intensive engagement, and culminates in applied artifacts tested inside real organizations. Every module is grounded in a liberal arts discipline, ensuring that business acumen is developed alongside the deeper intellectual traditions that sharpen judgment: psychology, philosophy, rhetoric, systems theory, ethics, and the performing arts.
For more than four decades, the Mini MBA has helped working professionals build the language of business. The program’s core proposition is endogenous development: each capability, once built, raises the ceiling of the others. A leader who develops across all three does not arrive at three improved skills. They arrive at a different quality of strategic discernment altogether.
